CANCELLATION/REFUND PROCEDURES:
You must complete the Region 143 Cancellation Form AND send an email to [email protected] to initiate a drop/request a refund.
If you are within the refund period, you have two options:
- The registration fee (less any discounts) may be credited* back to the card used during the initial transaction, or
- You can request credit to your Region 143 account - the refund amount will stay on your account and will automatically be applied to your next registration order. It can ONLY be used in Region 143 and does not expire.
*If the system cannot process the credit, we will contact you to arrange a refund by Zelle or check.
Please allow two weeks for processing of all refunds.
