Our region is part of the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) and serves the cities of Huntington Beach and Westminster.

If you are new to AYSO, you will find some information below that helps you understand how the organization works. You can also find specific information about our region throughout the site.

Play is divided by birth year and each division has different guidelines in terms of players, practices, game time, etc. You can find more details in our Guidelines section.

Kids Zone
In AYSO, we want all players, coaches, families and volunteers to have fun. That’s where Kids Zone comes in. Kids Zone is a program that encourages fans on the sidelines, and anyone else near the play, to use positive language, show sportsmanship in their attitude and behavior, and create a great experience for every player. It’s a reminder that the soccer fields are a kid’s zone – a friendly, happy, wholesome place for children to play.

We value great sportsmanship as one of our highest values. We want kids playing the game the right way and treating the other team, the coaches and the referees with respect. We don't want parents yelling at kids or coaches or refs. Sit back and enjoy watching your child play soccer!
