AGREEMENTS
Coach Agreement (Required for Uniform Pickup)

As of Spring 2025, the PLAYER AND PARENT agreements were signed during registration and do not need to be collected by the Team Manager. Please continue to email these to parents at the start of each season and ask them to review with their players (because we know they didn't read what they signed during registration).

We will post anything we receive. Check with your coordinator for any email coupons we may have received from banner companies; these come out too frequently to list/update on this page.

Trophies will be ordered with the names used to register the players; prior to ordering, Team Managers will be given an opportunity to confirm or change the names
Team Managers will be notified of the Trophy and Picture pick up day near the end of the season.
