Every AYSO team is run and supported by a group of parent/family volunteers! These volunteers are crucial to the success of the team and the regional AYSO program. With a variety of roles, there's an opportunity for every type of volunteer. For more information on volunteering for your player's team, contact their division coordinator or [email protected].
COACH
The Coach develops in players a positive image of themselves, their teammates, coaches, referees, and opponents while providing a good role model. They also develop in their players the appropriate soccer skills as recommended by AYSO coaching manuals. AYSO has developed special training to help volunteer coaches who may have little or no soccer experience quickly gain the age-appropriate knowledge and skills they need to become outstanding coaches.
