FALL 2024 PICTURE DAY

Picture day is over, now what?

PICTURES HAVE ARRIVED EARLY!

Team Managers will be picking up photos the week of October 7th and will distribute to their teams. There is NO individual pick up; the only way to receive your photos is via your Team Manager. 

Playground and Schoolyard - you will pick up your photos at your October 11th or 12th regular session

All players receive a 'FREE' photo package with their registration, which includes:
1 - 8x10 memory mate
2 - 3x5 individual photos
8 - Mini wallets
1 - Button

 WHAT TO DO BEFORE PICTURE DAY:

  • Check out the additional photo packages and custom items available for purchase (if you want anything more than the FREE package).
  • All advance orders can be done online by clicking the order form above, or you can order at the event (cash or check accepted).
  • There are NO PAPER ENVELOPES to fill out and bring with you. 
  • If you just want the FREE package and you are NOT ordering anything additional, all you need to do is show up at picture day.
  • NOTE - if you are ordering additional photos/products, you will have the option for FREE SHIP TO LEAGUE once you get to the check out screen.
  • Playground/Schoolyard - you will receive additional individual photos in place of the Memory Mate.


WHAT TO DO ON PICTURE DAY (PLAYERS):

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than your scheduled time, dressed in your full uniform (cleats and shin guards not necessary).
  • Park - you may park in the main parking lot (please drive carefully and follow the directions of our volunteer parking marshals), or on the street (DO NOT block driveways). The EPIC team will be able to use their usual accessible parking area (please have your parking pass). 
  • Access field area - everybody must enter the blacktop area from the east end of the property; walk between the buildings to the back. 
  • Find and gather with your team - as soon as we have a Coach and a few players, they will wait in the staging area for the rest of their team. ONLY coaches and players will be allowed access to the staging and photo areas. Parents must wait in the parent/gathering area.
  • EXIT - when teams are done with their photos, they will be returning to the parent area to exit.

A few special notes:

  • We want to get you in and out as quickly as possible so you can enjoy the rest of the day with your family; parents can bring chairs to use while you're waiting for your players, but you don't need anything else like canopies b/c you won't be there that long.
  • There are no changes to the posted photo schedule.
  • There is NO MAKE UP picture day.
  • THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO USE OF THE PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT.

WHAT TO DO ON PICTURE DAY - TEAMS

Coaches and Team Managers - here's what you need to do on picture day...

  1. Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time (if you are a head coach with two teams, both teams are scheduled together). Don't forget your banner if you want it in the photo; you may use your stand or have the coaches hold it up.
  2. REGION VOLUNTEERS will be circulating and moving teams to the STAGING AREA as they arrive. The COACH will leave the team in the STAGING AREA and go check in at the photo company's canopy.
  3. You'll be directed by volunteers where to go - ONLY PLAYERS AND COACHES (and TMs who will be in the photo) are allowed in the PHOTO AREA.
  4. When your individual player and team photos are complete, please exit the field promptly.

PICTURE DAY VOLUNTEERS

Thank you to our amazing picture day volunteers who help us run a smooth and safe picture day!

Each team is required to send ONE volunteer to help at picture day. ALL SHIFTS ARE 75 MINUTES (except set up and tear down, which are 60 min). If your volunteer has changed since the original name submitted, we DO NOT need to know (as long as there is a volunteer from each team).

Volunteer duties will include such things as set up and tear down, parking lot management, helping get teams organized and moved to the photo stations. This is an ALL OUTDOOR event; be prepared with a hat, sunscreen, comfortable shoes, etc.

Volunteers must check in for their shifts at the Region 143 canopy, and know the coach/division of the team they are representing. You don't need to arrive early, just arriving on-time is great!
